Today I thought I’d share a print I recently finished. Knowing that I already have several car prints I wanted to try a different spin on the idea of transportation. I came up with this.

Hi Jill, love this print, so new york! I have a techno question... how do you repeat your patterns without the image edge showing?
Hi Lesley, I put the pattern into a croque/ fake repeat the insinuates a continuing surface. Putting something in a true repeat takes too long & may not be the size the buyer would even need = wasted time. No good for anyone! This was a little trick they taught us in school.

Love this, Jill! Love those bright colors against the black! :) Happy Friday!
This really works, it reminds me of a 60's cartoon of a big city. I really like it!

Hi Jill, that is interesting. I studied illustration, I wanted to do textiles but they didn't offer it. so can you tell me the croque/ fake repeat?
