I've been wanting to start a blog for quite some time now. I wanted to have a quicker way to connect with people than my website. My goal for this blog is to show you how things develop in the studio day to day. There is so much that goes on around here that we haven't have time to include it in our website.
In the last year we have had a lot of additions to our studio and life. We have a new baby, two new designers that work with me and a new studio. Finally we want to thank all the people that have email us or called us to comment on how our designs have made their days a little brighter. We hope that the blog will help close the distance between all of you and we here at JillMcDonald Design.

I have had a huge box in my living room for way too long. I need to let it go, but I will really upset two little people in the process.
Adorable. My daughter always waits until the arm/leg/head holes are already cut out, then tells me I did it all wrong.
