Spreading a little love

Something we all need to hear!
Especially, when things feel uncertain.

Pink puffballs

This is the mimosa tree in my front yard.
I look forward to its pink feathery blooms each summer.
We bought the lot we live on 7 years ago & built our home 5 years ago.
The Mimosa tree was a sign to me that this was our place
to call home.  I always wanted a Mimosa tree.
(which I just found out is also called a Pink Persian Silk tree)

Extra bonus... it smells great & attracts hummingbirds.
Can you see one making a surprise appearance in the photo?
I was overjoyed.  I'm more easily entertained now!

Abundance of blooms

I'm so happy it's summertime!
I love wandering around collecting blooms.
