St. Patrick's Day Sweet

I'm Irish.  When I was little my mom use to make me & my 3 brothers corn beef, cabbage &  Irish soda bread each St. Patrick's Day.  I wanted to make a treat for Luca's kindergarden class to celebrate the day.  Knowing that corn beef & cabbage would most likely not be a hit I opted for candy & color.

Hello!  Today I'm showing my English to Spanish icon flashcards.
This is something that is near & dear to me with a husband from Chile you
often hear Spanish in our house.

The cards are 4" wide by 5" tall & are held together by a recloseable ring.
I wanted a big card size that was easy for little hands to hold.

This is what is on each card.  I think the mouse is my favorite.

A fun gift or something to throw in the stroller or diaper bag.

Treehouse Sketch

As I mentioned a couple months ago we are building a house & will break ground very soon.
Hooray!!!!  We've promised Luca a treehouse & he's come up with a great sketch. (with a little written help from me) On his wish list:

- swing

-ladder

-zip cord

-climbing wall

-area to sit with a couple friends (bench or pull down seats)

-hook for binoculars

-bucket with pulley/ someway to hoist things up


The whole family is SO excited to officially get the project started & see it all come to life!
