Ice Cream Social...
Working on a new print today "ice cream social". Remember those? Trying to use any free time I have to prepare for Surtex. The last couple years I haven't had the time needed to make the impact I want to at the show. This year if I stay on track I think I'll be ready. Go inner tiger!!!

Spring Break!
It's spring break week for Luca. Antonio & I are busy trying to find the right balance of keeping him busy while we work & not bore him to tears at the same time. We're pulling out all my old puzzles. This one is my bug chart done for Pottery Barn Kids several years ago. I'm getting ready to start a bug board book so seeing this art again was perfect timing! Another cool thing about this puzzle is the size. It is BIG- 2 x 3 feet so once it's all pieced together you feel like you've really accomplished something. (that's one of my favorite feelings :)

St. Paddy's Squares
Wishing you a Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Heading to the Kansas City St. Paddy's day parade later today.
Up bright & early so I can get started &
not feel guilty about going to the parade.
(*Something about a parade it always sucks me in- Guess it's the good people watching.)

Happy Spaces Wall Art
Hello & Happy Friday!
Today I'm posting some of my Happy Spaces canvas wall art.
We received samples & I'm excited to say that the printing & color
looks fantastic in person. You can see my collection with them here.
Snapped this shot by my black & white rug & my black and white dog.
She's always where she's not supposed to be- part of her charm!

What Time Is It?
Then it's off to the Licensing Show.
Yep, we're trying this show for the first time.
I'm working on writing & illustrating a series of board books with Random House & will soon begin the next round of products for my gift line. All of this is SUPER exciting but it does have me a bit obsessed with time. Doing my best to take each task day by day & not overwhelm myself with thinking about it all at once. Working hard on not counting the days but making each moment count.
I think that's how you get things done & remain sane!
(that & yoga!)
