It's Friday!  Let's ride off into the sunset together.

Flowers... (forever)

I don't think I'll ever get tired of painting flowers.

Particularly, on dark grounds.

Looks like a midnight garden.

This little heart of mine....

I'm gonna let it SHINE!

I sang this all the time as a child.

It was a song the music teacher had us sing in kindergarden.

I remember thinking the words felt bold, and brave and it was

fun to belt out with conviction.

Alas, I recently found out "heart" is actually "light" in the original song written

by Harry Dixon Loes around 1920.

I'm still learning something new everyday!
