I really like paint chips. I have several large zip lock bags full of them. I use them to get a quick visual grouping of a color palette. Each trip to the hardware store I grab a handfull. Sometimes I pick colors that I'm feeling that day, other times I base my selection of the names that amuse me or seem poetic. Either way it's fun (and free) Although my son will ask "mommy are you suppose to take all those?" So what to do with all these paint chips??? I did a bit of research & came up with some surprising results. Who new you could do so much with the almighty paint chip!

I'm happy to hear I'm not the only one collecting random paint swatches from Home Depot! All those perfect gradients are so seductive. Using them to experiment with colorways is a great idea. Thanks for sharing!
